In 2023, we proudly expanded our production capacity to 30,000 cans of beer per month, a testament to the growing demand for our beloved brews. Each beer, from our flagship Irish Pale Ale to our robust stouts, is crafted in small batches to preserve its unique character and superior taste. This meticulous process has earned us numerous accolades and recognition both locally and internationally.
But our innovation doesn't stop at beer. We have ventured into the world of spirits with the launch of our distillery, where we introduced our new Premium Irish Gin. This gin is crafted from the very beer we brew in-house, embodying a true "Grain to Glass" philosophy.
